Stayed for 3D2N Dec2023 1. Room very spacious and comfortable but looks old and need refurbish. Lack of amenities (only hand soap and shower cap). Good thing is they have COWAY near the lift. If your room quite far from lift, might need to request for kettle at front desk. You will also need to request for hair dryer, and at the front desk as it is not provided in the room 2. Staffs lack of hospitality and one of them is very rude (chinese girl around mid 20s with glasses)!!!. I asked her which one is the hotel wifi cause I'm unable to connect to all the listed lines. Not only she HESITATE to help to resolve this issue, she had the audacity to ask me "why your phone dont get lor?". At least have some courtesy to check and confirm which one is your hotel's wifi line name??. GOD, THE S.T.U.P.I.D.I.T.Y AND ARROGANCE OF THIS STAFF IS THE WORST IN THIS PLANET. Not sure how she got the job with that attitude, but to the owner, I suggest you to conduct 'customer service rapport courses ' to that staff.

Wasn’t expecting much, but at least being able to sleep and shower in the hotel room. Was a gap in the window that wasn’t able to close, which meant that every noise from outside can be heard inside and the airco was prety much useless as the room warmed up quickly. Music from building nextdoor boosted so loud and until ~0:30 every evening, together with hard bed and room warming up quickly could not sleep well. Also gap underneath the door, and being close to elevator meant hearing every *ding* when the elevator opened at every floor! Bathroom could use a thourough cleaning. And was swamped with drain flies. No warm water first day either. Only upside was the laundry (cost 10 MYR), and the sushi place downstairs.

Zero stars for cleanliness. The room was not clean, the sheets had an odour and the bathroom was definitely not clean at all. The TV and phone in the room was also not working. There is no wardrobe in the room as well, just a small rack to hang your clothes. The sound proofing is very bad, can hear all the noise from the hallway quite loud and also from the outside traffic/street. The speed of the wifi is terrible. Room is quite small, and the overall experience is not worth the price at all. I don't recommend this hotel, it's better to choose to stay anywhere else. I guess the only positive point is the location of this hotel since it's located central to the city area.

NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It's not friendly for any sick people. The hotel have renovation and closing the elevator without any notification before. My mom just have surgery at the hospital and must using stair to 4th floor. The customer service uncle is not having any heart at all, just laughing and not feeling sorry looking at old and sick person to using stair. Remember for anyone who is looking for hotel to stay, please stay far away from this hotel.
