The suite rooms are tastefully designed with modern flair and convenience in mind. Things like separate spacious shower and tub, soft leather table top in the bedroom and coffee table minimize noise making. His and her closets, rounded edges for kids safety, door with magnetic latches to stay open if needed, wonderful large glass window, draperies with separate tracks for easy complete closure. Good sound insulation. Nice big working table on the corner. Separate AC control zones. We love our stay here! The staffs are friendly and super helpful. Definitely recommend to family and friends 💕.

Review of Hanns House Room Issues: - Sofa has no back support. Not comfortable - Desk cum dining table has 1 chair. Needs to add another chair - Lots of kitchen space and drawers but it lacks a stove / hot plate; kitchen is really wasted - form over function - View is non-existent; buildings looking in. Our curtains were drawn most of the time. I can’t believe this is the normal room. Maybe I was allocated the worst room type. General Services: - Concierge can’t really speak English. Wanted to play tennis at tennis center but had to figure it out myself. My Chinese isn’t great. Concierge told me to contact tennis center directly or to use APP to book. In the end it was easier to chat on Line with tennis center and I did book it myself after a lot of hassle - concierge should have worked it out for me. - Breakfast is a la carte. It was quite mediocre and basic. Can be easily improved - eg better quality bread, presentation - Gym is satisfactory but a few tweaks and it can be great Some positives: - Very quiet - good sound insulation - Very good air conditioning; precise temp control - Generally very friendly staff - Front desk is very friendly; always greeting guests - Hotel looks very new and classy - Had a junior suite, big room - Very clean and good house keeping - Laundry room is very convenient

Probably the nicest room I’ve stayed in for this price! So spacious, has a full kitchen, and amazing view of Taipei 101. Super friendly service, complimentary coffee coupons were a plus. (Alcoholic coffee options) Can stay here for weeks without complaint! Great location and value.

I stayed for two weeks. I chose the hotel for the space of the room because of the length of stay, I didn’t want a cramped room. I’m pleasantly surprised. The room is spacious, nicely design and clean. The location is convenient. MRT is nearby, plenty of restaurants all within short walking distance. Last but not least, the staff are professional and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
