On check out we were asked to pay for laundry bag which we weren't aware off if had been in the room on check in which we found to be annoying and u justified. Since we occupied the room for just under 6 hours we paid in full only to be denied even Breakfast which apparently we needed to I formthem by 10 am even though we arrived only at 1400 hrs. Avoid this hotel as they are untrained and don't know what they do.

The hotel is located at the quiet part between the busy and loudness backpackers streets. That means good sleep quality in stead of the hotels/hostels at the street. Free coffee and tea at the lobby, the neighbors have good espresso for nice price (17K). No breakfast but at the opposite there is tasty Street food what makes good breakfasts (vegetarian possible). Rooms have AC what you can regulate by yourself.

Compared to the previous hotel I stayed at, this place is great. Aircon, double bed and a clean bathroom. The shower took a few minutes to get hot but other than that it was great. The staff are really friendly also, was chatting to them about my travel plans and she shared her stories about travelling in Asia. Very pleasant stay.

Exactly what you need for a quick backpacking stop in the city. Stayed in a 3 bed dorm with two friends, it's small but cozy and clean with good facilities. WiFi is excellent. Staff are laid back, friendly, and not endorsed by any tour companies so give some very useful advice. Location is central and a short stroll from most attractions. Be aware it is situated on the wards rather than a main street, but the residents all seem fine and we all felt perfectly safe after a couple of trips out, though if you accidentally get back too late at night you will need to buzz for staff to let you back in! I'd stay here again.
