The hotel is keep at good condition. The staff do everything to keep the hotel good as their home. The smell of room was fresh and everything was clean. People take care the customer really good, so helpful and friendly. The hotel is located to quite street but closes to many entertainment place. It’s so good for relaxing after a long travel day. The breakfast is delicious and have both vietnamese and western disk. Highly recommend people stay here when you traveling in Ho Chi Minh city

so, after having been to some other hotel in the first district, which was more expensive, I have to consider the price ofc. that’s why in general I would say that price- value balance is fine! You get a small room (I think they put the sq incl bathroom and maybe incl balcony?) that is clean with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Towels are a bit old but clean. The AC works. The balcony is tiny. So all in all Fine! Breakfast is also acceptable. You can get a fresh Pho made for you or some egg dishes, some fruits, other small things and some sweet stuff and ofc Vietnamese Coffee! The breakfast staff is amazing!!! We had several receptionists and they were all not at the service level that I expect. The location is really fine. There is a 24h supermarket just across the street and loads of facilities, nice restaurants, spa and in general you can walk to bhan tran market in like 15-20 min on foot if you like. My main point is that the pictures of the room are a bit misleading. To me they look like spacious rooms, but in fact the room is tiny. That was my only disappointment. But for this price, I guess it’s a place that can be recommended if you don’t have very high standards.

This hotel is the best value for money. Super clean. It's inside an alley, so it's very quiet, and the breakfast is simple, but the quality is very good. The soup in particular is clean and very delicious. Also, the staff and the owner couple are very friendly.
