The rooms have mini fridges and kettles which is handy, and are basic but clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent, close to the market and many restaurants. It felt like coming home after a long day out.

Nice expererience during a week in Saigon, very good location, walking distance with every touristic place in district 1. Rooms do not have windows, but this is unfortunately common in HCMC. A bit small, but clean and nice decoration. The bed is comfortable, which is not always easy to find in Vietnam. Friendly team, even if not all the staff speak english. There is an independent parking next door, 24/7, affordable price, very convenient.

First few days ok, Then boom angry little manager asking me to pay up front now or leave because agoda hasn't responded to him . How is that my fault ? Did I pay no way . We all make choices but stay far far away from this place . BETTER OPTIONS

I had an excellent time here and it's sad to see so many negative reviews over petty issues. You get what you pay for, and this place is extremely cheap. However, the location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, and it's near all the tourist locations and transit hubs. The cheaper rooms have no windows, it's important to note (and it's in all of the pictures). Having no windows in a room in a city like Saigon can actually have advantages in that it helps keep the room cooler and much quieter and easier to sleep in.

When my 4 friends and I were at the reception, it took the staff quite long to check us in, they couldn't find our bookings, arranged three rooms for us but the next day changed two of our rooms to a very small room, the reason they gave was that they made a mistake, the rooms were so small, no space for our luggage. The male staff at the reception was unfriendly. The bed was directly in front of the door and from the outside you can peep into the room giving a very clear view because the cover of the door hole was spoiled. The price is too high for an 18sqm room. The only thing I like about the hotel was the location, it took us only less than 10 secs to cross to the opposite building where we attended a roof top party, also the restaurant below that building serves very good coffee and food. We walked there for breakfast and lunch during our 6 days. There is also a very nice place opposite selling noodles and coffee.
