The staff was very helpful, especially Kim, who was very good at speaking English and giving useful recommendations. The older man helped me carry all my bags, and the group I was with all had a fair stay. I upgraded rooms, and the experience was much better. Their newer rooms are very impressive.

I stayed here two days for my business trip. The room is big and clean, the waitresses were very kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious too, highly recommend!

The service this Hotel provides is absolutely shocking. We booked via Agoda and there was an error in which the booking was one night out. We called as soon as the booking was confirmed (incorrectly) and were received with laughter on the end of the phone. They actually laughed at us - presumably because we were speaking English - even though it says on the website they have English speakers at reception. They refused to change our booking to the night before (even though we offered to pay the difference). They lied and said they had no rooms left even though it was clear on booking websites there were rooms left. When I confronted them on this they kept repeating there is no rooms left. Effectively they stole our money, cancelled our booking and refused to move it to the correct date even though there was available rooms. Agoda tried their best to amend this booking but the hotel was very obstinate they wouldn’t amend it to the right date. Terrible service - would not recommend to a friend.
