Good budget hotel 10 minutes away from the noisy and crowded Bui Vien walking street. Warm water, fridge and AC are ok. Smart TV as well. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, luggage storage and laundry service available, the young man at the reception speaks good English. Not very clean tbh but probably the best choice in the area when it comes to a cheap, safe place to sleep.

Nothing like the picture. Very old and dirty room. Holes in bed sheet, super size cockroach. Staffs are friendly though.

I liked everything: room, cleanliness, balcony, view, location. My room had a good view, was quiet, cosy and clean. And a price was good. They have a safety place to park your bike. The staff is also friendly. Good luck to you!

Had a 2 day reservation booked a week in advance. When I arrived they told me the room wasn't available because they were working on a plumbing issue. They sent me to a sister hotel about 2 minute motorbike ride away. The sister hotel was not as nice and the location wasn't as good. They at least reimbursed me the price difference. I decided not to switch back the next day as I would only be staying one day. But when I went back to get my price reimbursement refund they said that if I wanted my room I would have to wait until it was cleaned. Shouldn't the room have been cleaned after the plumbing work was done? Or was my room taken because some else paid full price instead of the discounted online price.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The reviewers of all happy homes are the same, they bump the ratings up with their own people. We booked a superior twin room with a city view. We had confirmed our arrival time and upon arriving at the hotel they said there were no more rooms and were taken to another sister hotel. This was a ground floor room that literally opened onto the street and smelled of chemicals. When we refused to take it we were then another sister hotel. All worse than the next. Here are some photos of you don’t believe it. It is now 1:30am. The last place they took us to again was not acceptable by any means. With scuff marks all over the walls, peeling paint, rusted bathroom and dirty mouldy furniture. We had asked them to change the sheets because it clearly was used with dirt marks on the edge of the bed.
