This is a great place to stay! Rooms are clean, modern, huge satellite TV, refrig. Microwave, plenty of outlets, sound proof windows, do not hear hwy 1 traffic, blackout curtains, comfy beds.. great shower. Staff is very nice. Tina at front desk was very helpful, and nice. Location is great. Right across street from harbor and walkable to beach.

Newly renovated in 2001 disregard any reviews prior. Spacious rooms with nice bathrooms, plenty of lighting options, comfy bed, coffee, microwave and fridge. nice view on the second floor. Walkable to plenty of great dining. The cafe next door is great and so not miss Barbara’s Fishtrap. Really enjoyed this spot!

Room and bathroom a good size. Tina was lovely and helpful. Enjoyed the location, 5 min walk to the harbor and restaurants. Loved being right beside The Press, fabulous breakfast and coffee.

We stayed here for three nights in early September. When we first got into the room my fiance insisted on cleaning the air conditioner vent because it was so dirty. The room was spacious (first floor) but not very clean (someone's used contacts were stuck to the wall next to the bed). The sheets were a little scratchy. They no longer offer breakfast, and the coffee maker in the lobby doesn't have anything dairy free (so if you can't have dairy, you'll need to request extra packets for making coffee in the room). We had ants in our room and bathroom after the first day despite not having any food out (only packaged snacks). The location was excellent for walking to/from the Half Moon Bay shops, restaurants, and fishing docks. Perfect for an early morning charter boat! I think if we visited here again, I would try another hotel option seeing as they were all pretty closely priced.
