We had a fantastic stay and the staff were so friendly. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We loved the free in room movies as a perfect way to unwind after a day in the pool. The pool area is amazing, great for families and the spa was great as well. We had a bad experience at a nearby hotel and the hard rock team were so friendly and accommodating, thank you!

Nice and beautiful hotel and concept. Love the swimming pool with sandy floor. A bit hesitate with the beach water quality due to the sewerage tunnel at the left and right of the beach. Excellent service by their staff, keep it the good work guys.

We has the best time at the Hard Rock Hotel in Penang. The food was delicious everyday and so close to everything, can just stroll down the road for other food, alcohol or anything else you might need. All the staff were especially helpful, my partner is in a wheelchair and the staff were helping him in and out the pool. They were always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we need. I would have loved a lagoon entrance room however there are none that are wheelchair accessible, this was the only downfall for us. However, we think the room we ended up with was further away from the kids area so a bit quieter and lots of lazy sleep ins. We would love to come back with our family and friends to relax and drink by the pool while the kids are entertained. Massive thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

A first visit to this hotel but not a stranger for Hard Rock Hotel Group as a traveller. I would say no matter which region, Hard Rock Hotel offers both excellent experiences regardless if you are visiting for business or leisure purpose. Suitable for family trips as well since they have kids friendly facilities such as swimming pool, Sony Playstation 4 and many more. Did not fail to impress me. Well done!
