My first time visiting Chaing Mai. The room was clean and big. All the equipment was well clean and neat. I went there with my family during weekdays. It was very nice, relaxing and comfortable hotel. The pool was clean and big. The staff were friendly, helpful and supportive. The location was okay. You need to have a car since the hotel was little far from the city (15 mins) but it’s not my problem at all. 24 hours security. Car parking is available and there is a lot of parking space. If you are looking from peaceful hotel to enjoy holiday with your family. I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, I only saty one night but no issues whatsoever. The pool is beautiful. It has everything you might need, kettle, TV, AC, fridge, washing/drying machine.

Rooms are nice and big. Cleaning should be better in hotel of this level. Beds are rock solid, not very comfortable. Location is fairly far from center but manageable (close to airport though, about 10 minutes drive with light to moderate traffic). No nearby places for food or shops, even 7/11 (about 15 minutes walk).

Staff are friendly and accomodating basic English. Resort itself is more like a hospital, clinical and lacking warmth but clean. It caters more for large tourist groups who in our instance were noisy and inconsiderate. The beds are traditional Eastern planks of wood. Upon check out they tried to charge us for laundering of towels and taking mineral water that we did not take. As a Westerner I would not recommend.
