Booked in September for stay November 18th. Was given a handicapped room even though that wasn't the reservation. Told by front desk it doesn't matter what I booked. So apparently reservations aren't honored. Room had blood stain on the curtains. No apology or resolution offered. Signed into wifi and web page stated one king size room left. Called front desk and ask to move from blood stained room and was told no. Very unsanitary room conditions and would have appreciated some professionalism and proper customer service resolution.

These rooms are not clean! Pizza crumbs on the side of the bed, dirty lamps, missing lightbulbs, poor lighting, and a very worn out couch with ripping and stains is what you can expect if you stay here.

Definitely the worst hawthorn I've ever been to. The staff is rude and entitled. The room wasn't cleaned properly. I checked in at eleven p.m. and there were filthy towels all over the hallway. I had to get towels at 3 a.m. because they wouldn't bring them to the room. They are severely over priced and they have roaches. Not to mention the stove top didn't work. When you call the front desk to work it out, the token response is " I can't do anything about it, talk to the manager when they get here. The manager is gone all day long and I work nights. Never will I ever return. Would NOT recommend anyone ever stay at this location. 5505 kiem circle columbus,oh. Your complaints will be met with threats of calling the police!!!! I wanted to resolve this matter peacefully but the staff made that impossible!!! Definitely gonna report this to whoever will listen, starting with the better business bureau

Generally enjoy this location. I’ve stayed here on a few occasions however, this time the room was a little rough around the edges. They had used a dry cleaning agent on the carpet. It was not completely vacuumed up. They also had a large group to take it up the lobby area as a meeting place and we’re excessively loud to the credit of the hotel management. I believe they did everything they could to control the situation. I will status location again in the future.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! FOUND ROACHES IN OUR ROOM. Told front desk and she says "Sorry we are trying to work on that" Called manager and he says the room we stayed in was not a room that was on the "list". I told him I wanted a refund, in which he states they will have to call pest control and do investigation. Save yourself the hassle and just don't stay here, unless you want to throw your suitcase away.
