The rooms smell like the plumbing is backed up really bad every time I walk in my room I want to get sick 🤮 the night staff is rude,mean, and Harassing iv tride to look past the rude attitude but she wants to Argue with me. I ordered my room on priceline and payed more for a room that they don't have when asked to Accommodate the price I was argued with. Morning's staff was more than helpful cleaning staff was nice I rate. My stay at a -2%

Stayed Friday-Sunday evening. Was paid til Monday 11 am. Had no issues until the Sunday night staff came in and decided I needed to leave with in 20 minutes. I had a lot of stuff there, no vehicle . Had to go rent one and come back to get all my stuff. Staff was rude and disrespectful. On a major power trip!! Claimed I was smoking, haven't had a cigarette since 2021. Burn holes in blanket. Homeless hang out around the motel all day and the only breakfast was cereal. Juice , toast or bagel. There's steak and shake and ice cream shop by this place. Save yourself the headache and go across the bridge to one of the other hotels. There's shopping and food very close to all of those. And the staff you'll find to be more friendly and welcoming! No homeless hanging around on that side bothering anyone ! Do not recommend this place!

When most people think of a motel like this I think about dangerous activity and that is not the case! This motel was safely placed, excellent staff, and all the basic necessities with a touch of class. And the reading nook was everything!
