Had an absolute delightful of a stay at Red Roof a couple of months ago, The location is great as it is off the Interstate 70 (I-70). The front desk person, Shivani, is a true gem. She will cater to customers' needs and will go above and beyond her attainment and capabilities to ensure I had a wonderful stay at the motel. Best Red Roof.

I checked into this motel for 2 days. My neighbors living in this hotel gathered three, drank beer and behaved very noisily. I wanted to call the front desk, but my phone in the room didn't work. Then I went there and complained about noisy neighbors. Because it was almost 11 PM and I was about to go to bed. Half an hour later, the noise did not stop and I asked the receptionist what was the matter. He replied that these people were ignoring him. I asked him to call the police, to which he suggested that I do it myself. I am disappointed in this motel and the attitude of the staff towards the guests. They just don't care about peace and quiet.

The lady at the front desk was pretty nice and my room was decently clean. Walking through the hotel it smells pretty bad, especially on the elevator, I had to hold my breath. The pool looked nasty, and the shower was clogged up, as the water wouldn’t drain properly.

Don't believe the bad reviews. I stayed here for 2 weeks with my work crew. Parking lot us safe, surrounding area is too. Ravi and Mona have great customer service. All the staff were extremely kind. We had the option for room service almost daily, if not daily. This place is super clean. I had issues with extending my stay and Mona went above and beyond to help me straighten it out. Anytime I needed Ravi he made himself available. I can't emphasize how clean this place is.
