One of the best hotel experiences. The design and decoration are modern, beautiful and thoughtful with convenience in mind. The bed is super comfy, the shower is great, and unlike in most hotels, the chair is very comfortable too so that you can easily sit and work on your laptop in the room. Breakfast is delightful, with great a-la-carte options as well as many options in the buffet, and good coffee too. Location is unbeatable, central Athens, close to everything. But I think the main selling point for me is the staff. The hotel is just the right size to feel homey, and the staff treated us amazingly well, very professionally and with a big smile. It wasn't just one or two people in the staff, it was really all of them. A million thanks to all of you! And I do want to give an extra special thanks to Ana, the manager, who also went above and beyond to accommodate for special requests during our stay and really made our stay amazing.

Wow, what an amazing hotel and stay. Firstly, yes the hotel is a smart hotel, where you can control all aspects from your phone, but also through controls in the room and a key card. Lights, blinds, ac etc. The front desk (all), were wonderful, friendly and informative. Rooms are large, with some offering a bedroom separated living area, and a wonderfully designed and modern washroom, with touch controls for the shower. Great location and walking distance for most major attractions and restaurants. This was a wonderful stay and highly recommended.

After doing lots of research, we decided to book the room at Hellenic Vibes Smart Hotel. We wanted a hotel at a convenient and quiet location, good service, clean new rooms, breakfast and friendly staff. After reading all the reviews, we chose this location and they offered everything we wanted. We arrived in the evening and the staff member who greeted and checked us in was amazingly friendly (His name was similar to Christonis, sorry I didn't write it down). He took us to the room, showed us how to operate the lights and the temperature and shared all the necessary information. First impressions were great. And the fantastic part was that every staff member exceeded our expectations. The staff at the reception, at the dinning room and the house keeping, all were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast had a wide variety of both savory and sweet food options. We only tried their breakfast even though they serve lunch and dinner at the hotel. The room was very nicely equipped with a variety of amenities. The room had a welcome note with some cookies and beverages. A warm gesture that was very refreshing to see. The room is very modern and technologically advanced (as stated in the name "Smart"). The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and most importantly, the room was extremely clean. We were so glad to have chosen this hotel as the location was great. Many restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. The open market and many shops close by. And we were able to walk to some of the historical and touristic sites as well. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Athens. It had all the facilities a big hotel would offer without the rush of a big hotel. And the hospitality we received was definitely above 5 stars. Thanks to every staff member for making our stay a memorable one. Will surely stay with you again when in Athens.

I would give this hotel six stars across the board. Granted, we have only stayed here one night so far but it is absolutely jaw-dropping. Amazing. Yes it is a “smart“ hotel with pretty cool features of app driven lights shades all that. But it’s amazing in part because: it’s overall feel of the glass elevators, the long auto lighting halls with speak design almost out of a Stanley Kubrick film…… an amazing breakfast, which was included… All I know this is one of the coolest experiences and really made Athens quite delightful. The hotel kind of stands in contrast to the graffiti and some of the big city Athens like vibe which is cool in of itself but there’s a modernism this hotel, which is great, but moreover, the overall management and customer service of this place is off the charts. It’s literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it’s very reasonable at least from the US dollar euro conversion perspective.

Excellent location, close to the markets, bars and restaurants! It's close to the Hop on Hop off bus stops. Nice rooms with usb ports. Breakfast was great, buffet style but you can order different style coffees, fresh orange juice and omelets! Staff was beyond nice and friendly. Only issue was our shower didn't drain well and flooded the bathroom floor a bit. Also, they said the room was sound proof, but we could hear everything happening in the hallway.
