Henriette Stadthotel Vienna was an amazing experience for a Christmas holiday! A boutique hotel that delivered charm and premium service. The room was spacious and comfortable and all amenities were provided. The staff were wonderful and were available at all hours. We appreciated the practices of sustainability and the local highlights for each level of the building to personalize the experience. The hotel is very close to downtown and has a metro stop just outside. The hotel offers welcome non alcoholic beverages, umbrellas you can borrow during inclement weather, and luggage storage for early arrival/check out. Breakfast was well worth the extra price with plenty of variety to fuel you all morning. Will definitely stay here again!

One of the best experiences i have ever had in a hotel. The breakfast food is great, delicious and healthy. It’s a must try! The room felt very cozy and i had a good deep sleep in all 3 nights of my stay. The staff was very nice to us and made sure our stay was at its best. Also a very good location, close to Prater park and downtown on the other side (10 min walking distance). If you’re lazy, you also have the subway station entrance right outside the hotel. 10/10

First time in Vienna, but will continue coming to this hotel. The rooms are spacious. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast is a special treat - variety and taste are outstanding. The best part for us was the location so close to the downtown. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel. Away from the centre so you have some peace and quiet, yet very accessible to the city as the Metro stop is right there and it's 2 stops to the Stephanplatz (main area). Also not too far of a walk if you prefer that. Breakfast was top notch, quality ingredients, organic and very tasty. I have had far worse in 5 star hotels. The buffet selection isn't huge but what is there is great ( loved the little pots of muesli variations/ organic yoghurt and different variations of spreads). We stayed in a family room ( 3 of us ), rooms are spacious and well maintained, bathrooms decent sized. The cleaning was very good and happy with the service from all the staff. We stayed 3 nights. Glad to come back here and would gladly recommend it to anyone.
