We stayed at Heritage Hotel on Thursday night and I cannot begin to tell you how great our experience was!checking in and out was seamless and the front desk staff were so nice and helpful!! Our room was so clean and the beds were super comfortable! Although the room was small, it was spacious enough for 2. It is NYC after all lol. The location is great too! The neighborhood was quiet and only a few short blocks from all the shopping and attractions! We have stayed in many chain hotels in NYC but this has by far been our best experience. We will return for sure next time! This spot is a 10/10! Thanks for such a great stay!

Location is very good and the room was clean. There was one major issue: it is mid-December and the heat was not working. We tried turning it up using the thermostat setting, but nothing changed. The blankets they provided were very thin and not able to keep us warm. For a hotel that charges $350 per night for 2 double beds, this is unacceptable. After checkout, if you want to leave your luggage for the day, they charge $2 per bag. I have been to many hotels in the USA, including in NYC, and this was the first time I had to pay for luggage keeping. For the price range it seems absurd. The front desk is friendly and nice, but it does not make up for all the shortcomings of this hotel.

We loved our stay here at The Heritage. We had a party of 5 and felt totally comfortable in the suite when we were there . The staff was wonderful. I mostly interacted with Larry. He had great jokes and gave me some suggestions on things to see and do I hadn't thought of or heard about. Great guy! Like I said, all of the staff was wonderful!

I was here from the end of Sep to the beginning of Oct. It was my first time visiting New York, the city and this hotel were super nice to me. All staff were welcoming to me every time we met, and they quickly helped me when my room had an AC issue. Also the room was super cozy and it was sometimes noisy, but it wasn’t that severe. I could sleep well. The location is great, it’s near the CVS so you can grab things before you jump to the hotel. Also you can go anywhere by walking. I’ll stay at this hotel again if I have another chance!

This place is falling apart and dirty. Cons: we were on the 7th floor and even from here the street noise was extremely loud, also you can heard everything that is happening in any room in the 7th. The lock of the room was broken, the floor has a hole that was half way repaired, other small things were broken (clock and bench). The beds are small (my husband is 6 and does not fit on them) and they have wheels which is uncomfortable since they constantly move. The bathroom is extremely small, if you are over 6 you may not feet. Pros: the staff is friendly and good location. You can find lot of places at this rate that are way better.
