Hotel good for short business trip. The staff are amazing - Front desk team were very helpful. Esmeralda was efficient, friendly and professional on check-out supported by her team. Facilities and decor a touch outdated.

The hotel is located in the very centre of the city with convenient public transportations and various pubs. There is a direct view from my room to the main commercial street. The bathroom is big in the proportion of the entire room, which I appreciate very much. The colleague from front desk, Jessica, is a rather nice lady with seasoned customer service skills and good memory. She helped us with a customised checkout, all was going smoothly with her aid!
