This is my first time using Air bnb to book a place for vacation and it was horrible. The only location was good but others were not good. First of all, there was bar bench for dining table was broken and I contacted with Frank several time but didn’t replace it. Second , the sewage has bad smells from bath rooms and I told Frank in the first day he sent someone to take a picture and left without anything happening. Third, the aircondition when I turned it on it getting down not up at all even when I set the temperature over 26 but it gets down to 20 . So it will be very cold during winter time. Fourth, the sensor of the gas it goes off daily . Finally, the oven is hard to use most days I bring someone from the reception to turn it on. The furniture and carpets are too old and not clean, you can see spot’s everywhere. So whenever I found property that Frank is the host I will never book it. Frank you should do your best to reach the satisfaction of your guests. Also, I think the workers that you send they did not do their jobs properly. The apartment number is 1401 with Frank Porter . I don’t recommended it at all.

My Family and I recently been staying at the Mon Reve Service apartment situated very close to Dubai Mall. I Can really use the term Stone throw away. Super close and very central. Our stay has been nothing but pleasant. We have enjoyed our stay, the flat very spacious, clean and affordable for a big family line mine 7 guests. I must say I loved the fact the every room had a bathroom. I really wondered why do we need 5 toilets. Now I know how this really helped a big family like mine, we didn’t have to queue for morning bathroom routine . From the first day till the end , contacting Frank porter team has been very easy to get hold off, and all my queries were dealt with immediately. I do recommend this location and service provided by Frank porter. Also the prices I paid for 13 days for the family was reasonable. The building facilities were available to the guests. We enjoyed only daily morning swim, decent size pool and very clean. Decent Gym we also used few times , Male & Female gym separate hardly anyone uses it , so you might think its brand new room. The apartment is very close to a local superMart called fair market. You can find anything you are looking for, we bought beach towels, suitcases , laundry service etc etc. This is for whoever manages the service apartment, recommendation to at least have bin bags for all guest using the bins, toiletries for the duration of the stay. Also maybe if guest are staying for more then 5/7 days to have towels change. And finally recommendation would be to update the most recent photos of the apartment so guest are not mislead or surprised. Overall experience good and will deffo bring my family again and stay at Frank porter run service apartments.

We stayed at Peter's apartment, NOT the other host's. Peter and his team are absolutely superb, and very responsive. The apartment was very clean, well maintaned and spacious. The location is absolutely wonderful, central and very convenient. Peter's team was also kind enough to stock some fruits and milk on our arrival to welcome us, which was a very generous gesture. I cannot recommend this place high enough ! Absolutely loved my stay here and will highly recommend it to other visitors.
