This hotel was perfectly located for what we needed for my child to audition at Boston conservatory. It was close to shopping and entertainment. The rooms were clean and very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Just wanted to extend my compliments to our server in the lobby restaurant/bar yesterday for lunch. The receipt says “John” but it was a Hispanic gentleman. He made sure our drinks were full without asking. And brought our food out right away. Everything was delicious. The burger not so much, it was kind of dry. Clam chowder was very good too!!! But everything in this post was very yummy and totally recommend it!!! The food/lunch was very nice and affordable. Plus, no need to get out. Very convenient….As far as the hotel overall. Very nice property BUT, you all need to get new hair dryers in the rooms!!! This is the second year we stay here for a conference and for a female to blow dry her hair they are very bad! Some things need to be updated, like the bathroom’s old tile and tub. But overall everything is clean and great location.

Nice hotel, very well located. The check-in was fast. The room was perfectly clean and large. Beautiful view on Boston. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom is a bit small but convenient. The fitness room is well equipped and large: almost nobody there if you show up around 5am or 6am. I did not have food at the restaurant (there are very good ones all around) - I just went for a beer or coffee. Pleasant place with very kind staff there.

The check-in experience was awful. Best advice is to look for a different place to stay. When I arrived, I was informed that I had been degraded at my expense and that the accommodation I had paid extra for had been given away. This was a November reservation that I made! Since I'm a tall & large person (6'2), sleeping in a full bed is unsuitable for me and my significant other. That's why the reservation was made for a specific room and type of bed. The guest service representative never once apologized and told me it was a first come, first served policy. This is completely unacceptable. I asked for a refund since I was going to stay in a different hotel instead but they wouldn’t do it even though they couldn’t accommodate my needs. Instead I was given the worst sleep ever and a continental breakfast that was horrible. Heat lamp leftovers. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Efficient and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet. Appreciated the upgrade being a Hilton Honors Diamond member. Parking is an extra $59/day, and can park there until 5pm the following day. Navigating traffic to get there can be stressful when traffic is heavy, but once there, excellent stay. Perfect location for seeing the Boston Symphony from out of town.
