I would not recommend this hotel after my stay. There are so many other better hotels to stay around here. The front desk and managers especially were not helpful. The managers never called me back after multiple issues I wanted to talk about m. The shower and toilet both had problems that were not resolved. The gym was freezing during my stay. They had the heater off during a snow storm for several days. There are lots of homeless nearby and it doesn’t feel safe walking at night. Long waits for the elevators as they had big conventions. The hallways were noisy in the mornings and I could hear my neighbors coughing through the walls. I’d certainly stay other brands nearby next time. My friends had a great stay for 2 weeks at the Sheraton. I will book that hotel next time.

We went to Denver to spend NYE. We stayed downtown as one of our friends was staying in the same hotel and we were having dinner close by. We used the valet parking - so worth the extra money and Issac was wonderful. Very helpful and has a really great personality. I went to the Starbucks and had great service as well. It was definitely worth the stay and we are in Denver at least every other month so we have stayed at a lot of different places

Will definitely stay again. I loved it. The room was nice. I got the suite and it was top notch. It has a great gym and it's only 5 min on foot to 16st mall. All restaurants are close and it has a Starbucks and a restaurant inside. Lots of places to sit while you enter the building. The only down side the hotel has it doesnt have free parking. I believe all guests should have free parking because we are the paying customers and you should not be charging us. Anyways it was a great stay.

They are OK, but there are much better options in the area. Staff is a bit pedantic and not very friendly. Food options are limited and if you are going to pay hotel prices for meals, then you might as well go somewhere else within a block. Location is convenient and good walking distance to a lot of businesses - restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Honestly, given location and hotel affiliation for points, I will stay here again. But I just won't expect much.

Perfect downtown location for my work trip. Only 2 blocks to the office. Full Starbucks in the lobby. Nice modern mountain decor with nice Holiday touches. The downstairs bar is nice, a mix of comfy and modern. Delicious plates from the kitchen for our large group dinner. A banquette with chaise in the bedroom. And a small fridge. Compact and everything needed in one place. Crabtree & Evelyn full size amenities in the bathroom were perfect. I could live here :).
