Pros: Convenient location. Room was good size. Parking was self and convenient as it had elevators to the hotel lobby. Room was clean as was the bath and shower. Walking distance to Market square and good eateries. Cons: Amenities inside the room were basic and of basic quality including bathroom amenities and lighting (which I personally thought was of low quality - I like my room to be bright when the lights are on). Carpeting was dated. So-so: View from the window overlooking Forbes avenue with other rooftops was not that great. Front desk was polite but distant and not engaging.

Hotel was great! Nice staff, great location, and is clean and comfortable. Parking garage is attached. It was a little challenging to maneuver through (especially if you have a large vehicle), it was convenient. We especially enjoyed having a microwave in the room. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 was because the room was on the smaller side and was a little tight. I'd definitely stay again.

Convenient location right off market square - lots of food and drink easily within walking distance. Attached garage made parking easy, and the friendly staff made checking in and out a breeze. The room was fine - tv, tables, lights, two person bed, sitting chair, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A non-slip floor mat by the shower door would be helpful, although the wood floor was textured enough I didn't feel like I was going to slip. Definitely plan to come again on future visits to Pittsburgh.

Location is great. I chose this hotel for a very quick overnight stay because I had an incoming flight arriving late and needed to catch a train out in the morning. Figured it was better to stay downtown than to have to deal with traffic in the morning. My digital key didn’t work at the front door, the music in the foyer was so loud I couldn’t hear the person at the desk through the intercom, so it took a few minutes for them to let me into the hotel. I was in a walking boot and on a knee scooter, carrying luggage, so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t just open the door. And in spite of the fact that I was struggling (a lot) to get around, no one offered to help me in any way, even though there were two people at the front desk and I was the only guest in the lobby. My room was…ok. Mostly clean. Difficult to navigate with the scooter (barely enough room to move between the foot of the bed and the counter with the TV, and definitely not enough room to turn around). The mattress cover on the bed had blood stains on it, the wifi didn’t work, and the counter was dirty, with hairs and something vaguely sticky on it. The TV thought it was 12/31 at 7pm for some reason, so the guide was useless. I was only at this hotel for 5 hours, and I will not go back.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's located right in the center of things and within walking distance to restaurants and parks. My room was on the 10th floor with easy access from the elevator and a nice view of the city. The bathroom has been updated and was very clean. My only complaint is that they put the ac/heat unit under a window that has a bed pushed up against it. So the room was extremely hot even though the ac was set to 65. I had to buy a fan in order to stay cool while in the room.
