A great choice if you’re looking for a place to stay that feels like home and is downtown. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We went to the City Winery for a show and felt very safe walking back to the hotel in the evening. The hotel was easy to find but parking is a little odd. The attached garage is very small but additional outdoor parking is right across the street. An elevator from the garage right into the hotel was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and had all the amenities you would expect in an extended stay hotel. In addition, it was very clean and the bathroom was large enough for two people. Fairly quiet at night. Only the sound of an occasional door down the hall closing. (Doors are very heavy and make a loud bang when closing) I would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in town.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. Our room seemed clean but other family members were not happy with the cleanliness of their bathroom. Was disappointed there weren’t any exercise matts in the gym. The Wednesday social hour was disappointing. There weren’t any snacks available at all. No drink specials other than $1 beer. At other hotels we have stayed at the beer and wine is free or first couple of mixed drinks are free. We have stayed at other Homewood hotels where you can absolutely make a meal out of the food offerings during the social hour but this hotel did not have any food available at all. The location of the hotel is excellent except for proximity to highway. Several of our family members complained of an ammonia smell in the lobby area. Overall this Homewood Suites was not as nice as others we have stayed at but the location close to the strip was excellent. Parking was nice too. Staff was friendly.

I want to thank Ms. Colette for going above and beyond helping me book a weekend getaway for my family. She was extra helpful, super friendly , and patient. She also made sure that all of our specific needs were taken care of , as discussed during our conversation. Perfect location, on the Strip and the city center. The hotel service is excellent, and all the staff (not only the reception) are so nice and helpful. We liked the room that includes regular fridge, dishwasher and stove, so we didn't have to eat in restaurants all the time. There are also washing machines and dryers (coin operated) that we used several times during our stay. The hotel has parking lot, parking cost is 19$ a day. The breakfast was fine and is free of charge.
