It's a nice hotel with beautiful views. Some staff improvement needed though. When I arrived at 12 noon, one of the front desk staff simply refused to even look at any available rooms and mentioned that check in is at 3pm without making any effort to even check if any rooms were available, despite mentioning as a diamond member. He was just lazy, I checked on the app for day rooms and there were plenty available, so I knew he was just lying, but another member of the team (Edwin) was super helpful and checked me in. After all, it's an airport hotel and you would expect to see guests arriving at different times? The shuttle service dintnt arrive almost one hour until I had to call. Most other hotel shuttles were present almost twice while I was waiting.

Jarod in the lobby restaurant provided exceptional service great wine and and meal recommendations. The staff at this hotel is why, I continue to select it as my home away from home. Rooms are clean and pretty big. As for service, I chose breakfast on the room for a higher price but unfortunately we couldnt touch anything from the breakfast, everything seemed like it was sitting there for at least few days. The color of the cheese had changed! I asked for a usb plug since the rooms do not support USB cable and the front desk gave me a plug which doesnt work with US/ Costa Rica plugs! I don’t understand why they even have it! Staff are nice for the most part but do not pay for breakfast. Location was excellent next to the stadium pretty close to the airport and lots of restaurants.
