Efficient check-in staff. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hotel is 30 minutes walk from the city centre or a 10 minute taxi ride. Free self laundry service is available in the hotel. The hotel arranged pick up and drop off from the airport which costs around 25 to 30 Euro. I was able to pay for this transfer service with credit card. The driver was very efficient and on time for both pick up and drop off.

It was a nice hotel and the staying experience was nice. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable and clean. It does the trick. The breakfast was outstanding, staff helpful, and the pastries were one of the highlights of my entire Tirana experience. The dinner service was very slow however. The receptionists were generally helpful, especially with calling taxis & storage of bags. However, sometimes it felt as though these simple tasks or even just asking for water, was asking for a lot. Location wise, it was close by walk/taxi to the city centre and skanderburg square. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Only criticism is that these are slightly more expensive for Tirana standards. As for the amenities, there is little to none. There are meeting rooms, a washing area, and a very tiny gym. Aside from that, it's very basic.

Very clean Comfortable and spacious and nicely decorated. Rooms have all you need and comfortable beds, shower is spacious but not very powerful. Bar area is nice and a reasonable price. Staff have all been lovely and helpful

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This is the Hilton Garden Hotel located in Tiranya, the capital of Albania. It's a little far from the city's central square. However, the atmosphere of around the hotel is also very cozy and sensual. The hotel staff were very friendly and seems to have many events at the hotel. As per the Hilton Garden Inn category, the hotel was large and the interior was fancy. The room service food was great and the breakfast the next day was very good. If you're a Hilton membership member visiting Tiranya, I highly recommend it. It's cost-effective. There is no swimming pool, but there is a small gym. No special room upgrade for the Diamond members.
