This is a wonderful hotel. The service is courteous, quick and friendl - I checked in at 2 am because of a flight delay and was greeted with helpful enthusiasm. The very busy breakfast room was kept clean and tidy. The restaurant in general was fantastic - I ate both lunch and dinner here. Great service, lovely food and wine. The staff is young and attentive. One of the best hotels I've stayed at (not just in The Balkans).

The hotel is lovely and the service is good. Our 6 night trip was pleasant except 2 things: 1) our special travel mugs went missing and I’m pretty sure it’s housekeeping and the hotel did nothing to track them or go out of their way to investigate it. It’s not significant in value but holds sentimental value for us but I’m sure no guest appreciates losing their items, makes me wonder if I had more valuable items 2) although gold elite members they did not grant us a 2 pm checkout which was disappointing Thanks for a lovely stay, but watch out for your items!

Stylish and modern hotel walking distance from many things in central Tirana. The staff here are excellent and were very polite, professional and helpful, in particular Denis who checked me in and out. In fact without his assistance I would have surely missed my flight. Bed is comfortable and room is sleek and modern. 24 hour room service is available. I recommend they invest in having a Nespresso coffee pod machine in the room which is common for hotels like this. The review loses one star because the Marriott app states this hotel has included parking. In reality the property does not have this and two nearby (non affilated) public parking lots are available. These can fill up and also only accept cash as of Janaury 2024.

We have stayed a couple of times at the Marriott in Tirana. The rooms and general facilities are comfortable and clean and are of a Marriott standard. However, the service wasn’t what we expected. Checking in took a while even though we were checking in after 4pm and we were offered free coffees whilst we waited - which we were subsequently charged for upon leaving - until we protested. We also asked the concierge for help booking a table at a local restaurant, but were told to do it ourselves. The shower drain in the room was also blocked. Rather disappointing.

Amazing experience. I've stayed in various Marriotts all over and this was one of the best ones. First off, the building itself with its red lights at night that changes colours as well. It's one of the best skyscrapers in Tirana easily. Location: about a 10 minute walk to Skanderbeg square which is their main square and where the airport buses are located. The hotel is next to Air Albania stadium. Service: The staffs have been the nicest. Special shout out to Frida who graciously took my request for a higher floor and gave me a corner deluxe room with the view of the Christmas Market at Skanderbeg square as well as the football stadium below. She also arranged for my airport transfer to pick me up at the airport late at night. When I arrived, she was so excited to welcome me as well as Idrian I believe his name. Room: The room was a deluxe king. I was on the 19th floor and the corner room. The views were very clean and modern. One evening was a foggy one and the external lights of the hotel reflected from the fog back to the room. Lovely view like I was up in the clouds. Food: I dined at the restaurant for drinks and dinner. The food was good. One of the serves gave me a shot of Raki which is a popular drink in the Balkans. 50% alcohol. They also had a live jazz singer when I dined with them. She was a great performer. Overall: 5/5 would go back here again.
