Stayed here on the 17th of December 2023 for the night with my partner, as we always do around this time of year. We noticed a big difference with the spa area, and not a good difference. You have to pay for the use of the pool now after upgrades have been done. It mainly looks as tho the upgrades have been made to the gym area, and the access to the pool, needing a card to enter the changing rooms, again that's fine. The heated pool was freezing cold. The jacuzzi was also freezing cold, with cracks all over the actual tub. The cracks where highlighted because of the dirt which was in and around these cracks. I feel that, if your having to pay for your 90 minute slot, then you'd expect at the very least the jacuzzi to be warm, and clean. We stay here regular like I said at this time of year, and felt as tho your paying to use something which isn't as good as it used to be. The heated pool used to be heated, and the jacuzzi was warm, not this time around. The pool has no diving signs all around it, ignored by everyone and staff turned a blind eye as it was full of children cannon balling into the pool for the duration of their slot. Overall, a massive disappointment and ruined the kid free night away.

Very nice hotel! Seventh times I stayed here! Room is really worth the price! Friendly staff and great hospitality! Nice Spa and restaurant. Love Scotland and love Hilton Glasgow!

This is a very well located hotel, in a quiet part of Glasgow but very walkable to downtown. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the best part is the staff service, very friendly and always ready to help out without being asked. The concierge, Tomas gave the best recommendations and offers his time for any assistance. The F&B Manager Tomas and his staff at the restaurant are very accommodating. 110% on Service!
