On arrival the staff were so helpful, accommodating, welcoming and friendly. Only got one name was Denis, there was girl too didn't catch her name. Haven't had nicer staff in hotel in a long time and in a big city. Rooms were so clean and of a very high standard for a city hotel. Location right next to bus station was so handy, near to coffee, restaraunts and great pub molly malones. Pirce was very reasonable also for a city hotel. We had such a lovely break. I would book again.

Great shower , comfy beds and clean. Good size tv with everything else you need iron & board, hairdryer, shampoo and body wash. For basic it's pretty alright, I used to avoid booking cheaper rooms but this was good vfm.

Brilliant stay. Comfy bed and lovely clean room. Breakfast being included in the price is a bonus. Staff very accommodating to my additional needs. Will definitely be back
