Stayed here for a few days, fhe staff is super helpful. However, in my room the heat would not stop. So I was super hot, and if I left the window open it was super loud. Was not the biggest fan of the lunch, but that could have been a personal problem. The room was very nice and certainly big enough for 1 person. At dinner no one offered me any drinks so i had to drink from the plastic bottle of water that was already on the table

Subject: Unpleasant Stay at Hilton Hotel Dear Hilton Team, I regret to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The TV remote was non-functional, hot water was unavailable, and the room was notably dusty and dirty. A leaking roof and malfunctioning air conditioning further added to the discomfort. The executive suite, which I anticipated to be a highlight, was subpar, with stale nuts provided. Additionally, the executive lounge failed to meet expectations. No food was available, and a simple request for a packet of chips was unfulfilled. The shower gel provided was not only leaking but also appeared to have accumulated over time, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I believe in Hilton's commitment to excellence, and I hope you can address these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.
