It's okay hotel in business part of the city. About 40 minutes by taxi from Sultanahmet Square, 90 minutes from the airport depends on traffic situation. Far from the declared 5 stars, more like a good 3 star Hilton class. Smoky corridors, a bit tired and outdated, but quite comfortable clean rooms, good bed and mattress. Breakfast is decent, but the drink from the coffee machine is disgusting. Nice huge fitness area. 10 minutes walk from huge shopping mall, next to subway station.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I’ve stayed at couple of different hotels the days before I checked in to this place and let me tell you, I finally had a nice long sleep at this place that I haven’t in days. Rooms were clean, sheets were fresh and snow white. The only thing, the shower wasn’t draining too great but it wasn’t a big deal. It has a coffee shop attached to the building that makes freshly brewed coffee.

Lovely! 10/10 No complaints, the hotel was great and the experience and safety was there. Had laptops, phones, cash left out and there was no issues.

Though rated as 5* they fall short slightly. The hotel is adequately equipped with amenities including sufficient toiletries. The twin-room I stayed in was quite small. There is a whole floor dedicated to wellness including a gym, spa, sauna, steam room everything you need from a wellness centre. Buffet breakfast was basic and because the property may be near some medical centre, there were so many recovering patients in bandages from surgery at breakfast and in the lifts that it felt as if you were dining in a hospital or a centre for the wounded in a war zone. I would have preferred not to see so many bandages at breakfast. Location is perfect. Near the metro with direct access to Istanbul's 2nd International Airport. Very practical.

Worst services i ever had in my live , Ordered breakfast for my kid and 2 hours later i had to go downstairs and see what was going on and they said they forgot it , the room was a nightmare filthiest i ever seen , old towels completely reept off , custumer services zero if you need anything you better go somewhere else cause they you never help you but they will try to take your money even for talking to them ,
