I stayed here for four nights during a business trip. The service is excellent you your really feel welcomed to this hotel. Also standard room are spacious, clean and well equipped. The last morning I had to leave already at 5am to the airport but the hotel was kind enough to arrange a breakfast bag for me to enjoy during the transport to airport. I enjoyed the stay in this hotel.

This place is close to metro station and easy access to main city. Rooms are large, nice interiors, luxurious. Executive lounge has good selection of wines, food and has a great top floor view. Breakfast had a good continental, Asian spread. Turkish tea was great.

We stayed there for 6 nights as 5 star hotel, I would recommend you not to stay there or be careful, in this ‘5star hotel’, my gold necklace and money from my personal stuff in our room were stolen. We went to the swimming pool and in less than hour we were back, and the thief went through our personal stuff and stole our Euro’s and my gold necklace, and the manager checked the only one camera in the hall and saw that three persons went to our room but according to him as there is no camera in the room (no surprise) he can’t help us. And he is simply sorry!!!! Can you imagine this behavior? First time in my life, my valuable stuff is stolen in a 5 star hotel!!!! It took more than a day for the manager to be back to us, so irresponsible. So finally we reported to police that they know what is happening in the so-called 5star hotel, the police told us we should have called them the same minute we noticed they could have taken finger prints, so be aware if that happens to you don’t count on the hotel manager to help you at all, call immediately the police…

Stayed for almost a week, and this is the worst Marriott experience. Read other 1 star reviews!! You will find out whatever issues you faced, the hotel management will ignore and deny instead of resolving problems. 1. Food safety and hygiene issues - Staff in executive lounge didn’t throw away the fried rolls dropped on table, instead he picked up the food with his bare hand and threw back to the pot…he also saw a guest licking several source spoons served on the table but didn’t choose to replace them, which is really scary as there are potential virus and bacteria. 2. Mismatch between what is promised vs what we got 3. Inexperienced & irresponsible FD, Defective furniture, careless housekeeping 3.1 - our mobile key is not working and front office doesn’t know how to resolved it, promised to update us but they didn’t during the whole stay of 6 days 3.2 - The fridge’s door is defective and couldn’t be closed 3.3 - House keeping ignored our note request and missed to refill a few toiletries. E.g., careless housekeeping and I attached a photo - what we saw after housekeeping was completed: used dirty sleepers were randomly placed on our office chair Lastly - attitude from the hotel front office manager on the above was denial, lying and purposely ignoring important facts by cherry-picking. Definitely not recommended staying in this hotel.
