The staff are what are holding this place together. Unfortunately our experience matches the recent reviews of our room being dirty (shower had mould, there were food scraps from previous occupants and dishwasher was dirty and no sink plug was available so we had to purchase our own washing container). Parking is extremely pricey, and the hotel itself is quite removed from other food options etc. If you get a lake view room the view is good, probably the best part of the whole stay.

The hotel is fine, a bit out of the way if you are looking for central Queenstown. Perfect I'd you want near the airport. It's also in a slightly residential area and not well marked. Also, a little odd there was no TV in the bedroom - only the living room. My issue was the parking company, which is separate from the hotel, apparently. First the payment didn't work. Then they were going to call me to rectify. 25 hours later I'm still waiting for the call.

I’m a gold member of Hilton honors, but I got a room with no views since I booked around 1 months before I arrived. Moreover, they provide just a normal with no view. I expected I should get a free room upgrade since this is one of the gold member privileges. There are a lot of bugs as well. This is not a hotel. This is a bug heaven

I had a wonderful weekend stay with my 5-year-old daughter at this hotel. Room 116 offered an incredible lakeside view with a mountain backdrop and a glimpse of the waterfront jetty. The room was spacious, clean, and featured its own bathtub with a beautiful view, a separate shower, and 2 sinks. The buffet breakfast was delightful, especially with the inclusion of rice. My daughter enjoyed the fresh honey. The hotel has all amenities for an enjoyable stay – pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, walking tracks, and spacious grounds. The distance from the CBD was perfect for us, and the water taxi was a convenient alternative to avoid traffic. Special thanks to Aldrich (receptionist) for the warm welcome and accommodating attitude. The entire staff was wonderful. We look forward to returning with the rest of our family. Thank you!

What a gorgeous property. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property has a dock where you can catch a water taxi (we did not utilize this service) If you opt-in for their "go green" initiative, you get a free drink from their onsite bar/restaurant! Couple of downsides, it is little far from the city center with only 1 lane road so there is a bit of traffic going into town. Free Parking offsite was limited to street parking or pay a third party company $16.50 each night.
