From the arrival until check in wasn’t pleasant service of internationally well known 5* hotel, there was no level of service or greeting, no bell boy, no concierge, no smile on staff faces, after long flight at least you expect to get the least greeting service from the door of international 5* hotel located in the capital city. Reception is the worst service, lady name Sabina is not welcome at all, doesn’t know hotel policy of greeting and welcoming, no facilities were explained to use until our check in, which should be available at least to refresh ourselves. Sabina receptionist was very rude, slow in service, took our baggage and didn’t locate them in the luggage room for about 30 mins. It is very poor and shame to have such service agents receptionists at the front desk, who are the face and the first impression of the hotel for guests. Not coming back again that’s for sure!

Great location in city center with nice rooms. Very good fitness & one of the best swimming pools with nice view of city park. Over time prices went up while quality of service, especially in reception, decreased. It is still very good but at the price it should be offered on higher level. As it became crowded upgrades are more rare offered.

Wonderful short stay at the hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the service friendly and great. The executive lounge was nice, but what I liked the most was the choice at the breakfast buffet. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

The waiters at the restaurant during breakfast service require training, they are young, inexperienced, and lack of English makes it very frustrating. They do not understand simple requests. I asked one of them to bring me a flat white from the cafe area and send me the bill because I do not like the machine coffee, the waiter took it upon himself to make me a watery cold coffee, I appreciate the good intentions, but it was terrible and not what I asked for. The location is good, the gym is good, breakfast options were excellent.

The Hilton restaurant City 21 left a lasting impression with its remarkable culinary offerings and attentive service, truly setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. However, the evening took a disheartening turn during our special celebration. I had meticulously arranged for table decorations and a violinist, incurring a considerable cost. Unfortunately, the musician arrived late, and I had to turn down their multiple offers to render the service. Upon concluding our delectable meal, I responsibly settled the bill for our food and beverages. However, I also took the necessary step of requesting a refund of 50% for the service that had fallen significantly short of our expectations. Regrettably, the refund provided amounted to a mere 15%, a discrepancy that gave rise to considerable frustration. Unfortunately, this facility has provided more affirmation of the whole country of Uzbekistan not being ready to compete in many service areas, including catering and lodging.
