Really great staff! Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. That being said, I was staying here for work (flight crew), and there was a party called "Prime" happening. As a result, hotel guests were not allowed to use many areas of the hotel for long periods of time. The pool bar was not open for most of the day on Saturday, and when it did open the hotel pool was like construction zone. Workers were assembling large tents, bars, and scaffolding. Hotel guests were required to leave the pool area at 4pm to make way for the private party. Starting at 5pm a DJ/performer began playing unfathomably loud music that literally shook the entire building until Midnight. I was required to be ready for work at 03:22am, and I did not get proper rest as a result. The hotel itself is okay for a Hilton property, but is definitely showing it's age. Air conditioning in guest rooms did not work properly. I set my thermostat to 60°F and the temperature never dropped below 72° during my 24 hour stay. My recommendation is to not stay here if you need proper rest. Only book if you are planning on attending one of these parties.

If I could have selected no stars for service that's what I would have put . Spent the weekend at Hilton and it was horrible. Room: The rooms were very dusty and had a horrible scent. We got more cold water than hot in the shower . There was also a cockroach in the room that we had to kill . Service: The service was horrible . The staff acted as though we were bothering them . To request items and extra towels we had to wait at least 6 hours . When we visited the pool and asked for towels there ,we were informed that they had none so we had to walk through the hotel wet. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO better Hilton. For the price you charge customer's upgrade all your rooms or lower your prices because your staff and your hotel rooms are horrible .
