Crystal was helpful to get me the room I needed- there was some mishap with being overbooked but she made my stay better and quickly resolved the issue. The wifi at this hotel is great, and the buffet breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. All the workers are nice and helpful. The hotel rooms themselves are a little run down with some fruit flies/bugs which is why I’m taking a star off. The pool looked great, I was here for a work trip and was able to get some work done and rest

I checked in with Crystal. She was quite accommodating with me and my reservations. We discussed the rate per night with which I agreed. I also had my choice of room. She was great representing the hotel

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson for three nights. Our stay was exceptional. The warm and friendly welcome from the staff, the prompt service provided, the clean and well kept pool and its environ, the many choices of delicious dishes to choose from at breakfast and the permission to have visitors made our stay one we will never forget. In terms of the staff it will be unfair to mention individual names since every one we encountered was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to assist us when we had questions. We will definitely come again.
