I gave 3 stars because of the hotel deposit. When I was checking in, the receptionist asked for a €100 deposit, which I was fine with it. However, I haven’t received the deposit refund after a week. I contacted Hilton online chat. They advised to give 7-14 working days, which I waited for 2 weeks. And I still haven’t received the refund. I then contacted the agent from the online chat. They said to wait for 30 days.. This is contradicting.. it’s just not great to wait for so long to receive the deposit refund. It is probably best to include ‘€100 deposit required’ in the booking info on the description part so that people would expect this. It’s not professional where the agents in online chat tell you different things too. In terms of the service and the room in the hotel, they were both perfectly fine. I enjoyed the stay.

Super great hotel experience. Loved the location, walkable from the main sites and right next to a tram. Great breakfast in the morning as well. Jonathan and Elias were so friendly and wonderful at check in. Very thoughtful and kind service all around. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing hotel. This property is in a great location, with only a short walk into the city center. We were a family of 4 in two rooms. This is one of the few hotels we could find with separate double beds for our young adult "kids". Excellent decor, comfortable beds, clean, with a great restaurant/bar. Rates were fair. This was a great start to our European vacation!

Fantastic hotel. The location is very central yet quiet with soundproofing windows. From the second, we entered the building it was a welcoming atmosphere. Front desk was friendly and accommodating during check-in and checkout. Room service was great, the cleaning staff worked hard and made our room feel nice and clean every day. We spent 3 nights there for our anniversary. We got an anniversary cake which was a nice treat to get back to after a long day outside. One criticism I would have is the pillows. I wish the hotel had a pillow menu. Not everybody prefers very soft pillows with no give so that was quiet difficult to manage, I did end up having neck pain every morning upon waking up. If this can be added to the services, that would make our next stay even better. Regardless, hopefully we can return soon and experience this hotel and their hardworking staff once again.

This hotel was in an absolutely perfect location. Close enough to all the attractions, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet and relaxing stay at the hotel. The staff was always very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Ricardo who went above and beyond to help my cousin and I. My only suggestion, would be to have a coffee available for the early morning hours. We left the hotel very early on 2 mornings for day trips to other areas and really wanted a cup of coffee before heading out. Even a machine that we can pay for the cup would be fantastic. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel
