Small rooms, but the shower has a LOT of pressure and massages your back like hell. Had a small issue with our room and the receptionist changed our room for another one on the spot. The breakfast while it didn't have many options it was quite good. It is right in front of a 24/7 Family Mart and a 3 minute walk from a Don Quijote/mall, so the location is amazing You have free water and tea, so that's a plus Room's cleanliness could be a bit better though

Best thing about this hotel is the location, 7 minute walk from the train station, close by to tourist attractions, and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around. The check in/check out was probably the quickest in my life. The rooms were super clean, extra points for this. Only downside is that the hotel only offers single beds, or at least we were told that in the reception.

This hotel is perfect for those who want to visit the kansai area. It is near Tennoji station (about 6 minutes by foot) so very convenient when you come from Kix airport because you can take the Haruka train (hello kity train). From Tennoji station you have train for Nara and Kyoto. The hotel is about 3 minutes to Shinsekai and Toulouse tower. It's really nice at night and it offers a lot of choice for restaurants. You can also go by foot to tennoji temple, Abena's tower. And to go to Umeda, the castle, Dotonburi, ... it's easy to go with the subway. The room was small as expected but there is everything you need for a good stay. It was clean. The staff is nice and speak a few english which is helpful. There is a laundry which is convenient for a long stay.

This hotel does not deserve its current rating. The building and elevators are clearly old with small touches of renovation to keep it "up to date". The bathroom in the room is horribly designed. The doorway into / out of the bathroom is curbed up so you will always kick the bottom of the door frame if walking normally. The half of the sink is literally installed over the bathtub to save space, furthering limiting the showering space despite the small bathtub. There is no complimentary water in the room or a common water dispenser for clean water. There is no gym or pool. There were no front desk receptionists present for most of a weekend evening. I have to rate this place 2 stars at best.
