The pictures don't show the reality. It's simply a room with 20 bunk beds and a bathroom at the end of it with 3 toilets. Not very clean. Not the best place to stay, to be honest. But cheap and enough for a night. OK

Stayed in the shared dorm for new year. The rooms and the toilets were cleaned Regular. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The location is right in the centre and can walk to most things in D1.

Nice hostel to stay in as a couple, because there’s a big double bed you can book! Best price for location in the centre. Only downfall was the horrendous smell of the bathroom and lack of bins in the toilets (for feminine products). Only one bin which was constantly overflowing in the main shared part of bathroom.

I made a reservation via hostel world, the booking was accepted and then cancelled 6 hours later while we were on the way from the airport at 2am. We arrived and they said they didn't have the room (the man at reception did a lot of staring blankly at the screen repeating 'i have no reservation'.) They couldn't refund us, but could charge us again to stay in the dorm. (This was our suggestion as we needed somewhere to sleep, he would have sat there all night looking blankly at the screen where our reservation should have been) It was dirty and we were right near the toilet so we woke up to people phlegming several times. (Properly gross!!) They don't sell water. Would avoid if I was you. Stay anywhere else. We left feeling less rested than we arrived.

lady staff is RUDE! she didnt even try to smile since i arrived until i left disappointed. at first i told her that i booked a single bed online but she said its no longer available. i told her i booked the bed just 30mins ago but she told “can you change it to double? its up to you if you want to stay or leave” i said its ok, i will tale it. she assigned me in a bed which cant be reached by the single AC of the dormitory room (more than 10 double beds). i stayed there for at least 5mins and its hot! i asked her if its possible to change bed but she then again said “theres no more bed. its up to you if you want to stay or leave” so i left! its my first time coming to vietnam and this lady gave me this terrible experience!
