I really liked this hotel. Good price and decent rooms, convenient location and the staff are great. I’ve stayed there for 10 days in the last 14 and was intending to stay a lot more due to new job. However, my flight was cancelled due to storms so I couldn’t make one night and they refused to allow me to rebook or cancel even part of the room charge. Very shortsighted. I’ll not go back.

Had a brilliant stay here when visiting our daughter just before Christmas, 17 - 21 December 2023, mostly thanks to the staff who were fantastic and so very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Really made our time there as good as it could have been. Room was also immaculate, so clean and tidy. Twin beds brilliant and comfy. Had everything we wanted. So close to main transport links and well situated for some lovely cafes and restaurants. Thank you.

Location is excellent! Tram stop directly in front of hotel ensures easy access to public transportation. The area feels safe. The rooms are nice, the breakfast is good, but it's the service and staff that make this hotel exceptional. Reception staff Betty went so far above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, Steffi was so friendly, Roger a great bartender, and Kareem (?) so courteous and kind! Our housekeeper Beata was so accommodating and looked after us so well. I cannot wait to stay here again!
