Nice hotel with big designer rooms. Had two televisions in my room facing different angles. However hotel amenities have much room for improvement. There is only one person at the reception at any one time. Seemed they are overworked as they attend to the guests' every need especially during check-in or check-out time.

10/10 hotel. Looks fancy and modern. The room was very nice and spacious, staff was nice. Location is near a great mall and a huge metro station that takes you anywhere (airport, city centre, etc).

We stayed here for 3 nights during the Berlin Marathon great value for money room was clean and comfortable. We read many reviews about staff here then we do not expect more. First of all, when we checked in it seemed like we were in an immigration procedure 😁 the receptionist in nature maybe she is a hard-to-smile person, but finally she smiled, and then everything was beautiful ❤️🌸. Breakfast is good and enough we are enjoying there. For me, the location is good because it is not far from transportation and has a community mall nearby.

The room, while spacious and neat, has some noteworthy aspects affecting comfort or presenting unexpected surprises. 1. Window safety: Opening windows on the 7th floor is risky. Surprisingly, this is the first hotel where I could easily open all windows, which is both unsafe and irresponsible. 2. Wall damage: While understanding that repairs may not be immediate, it's unexpected for a 4-star hotel to display visible wall damage. 3. Torn curtain: Though a minor detail, a torn curtain can significantly impact the visual appeal. 4. Bathroom issues: Lack of soap in the dispenser is notable; it was empty, suggesting it might be better not to have it at all. Despite these concerns, the stay was enjoyable. However, maintaining consistent quality is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction.
