It's a nice place overall, Burger Theory is a great idea, however the breakfast options are disappointing. To be more specific, $15 for breakfast I think is too much for what is offered The location is alright, nothing special but no complaints. The rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, great shower, I've stayed at this location a few times and I've never had any issues

Comfortable and clean beds. Showers are good. Only complaint really is the expensive breakfast, 15 dollars per person. It was good but definitely not worth that price. Just offer free breakfast for guests. Decently priced hotel for what it's worth.

Checked in after a long day of traveling and instantly noticed a strong cologne scent. I sniffed around and realized it was one of the beds. I could smell it distinctly on one side of one bed. I pulled the sheets back and they were dirty! Hair and smudges! I started looking around the room (as a former house cleaner) and was quite disgusted at the lack of attentiveness. There was even black mold in the vents of the split unit ac/heater.

I normally don’t leave reviews that aren’t 5 stars but this hotel was not great, especially for an IHG hotel that is downtown in a decent sized city. The AC in the room did not work very well and my room was pretty hot every evening. The hotel charged me for parking despite me not even parking a vehicle at the hotel. They didn’t even ask if I would be parking and I did not indicate that I had a vehicle to park. The “fitness center” was in shambles. The rooms were fine so I’ll give two stars.
