Delightful. Fantastic breakfast. Stayed here as part of a group but had my own room. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed including nice coffee and a good desk, but giving it a 4 due to no way to open one of the shades, and no way to just get fresh air in without running air conditioner. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Cute outdoor pool. Walkable to all sorts of restaurants and bars plus bank, grocery store, hair dresser, spa type place, galleries. Lovely historic district near downtown Columbus.

Came here from Toronto for a cheer competition and had an absolute wonderful stay! Marilyn was a fantastic staff member! She made our stay fun! So glad we came here, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The cleanliness of this hotel AND the room were very sub par. The bathroom was gross, floor and shower were dirty, mold on the ceiling. The carpets were stained badly. The remote was sticky and gross. The bed was pushed up to the wall and there was a hole in the wall. Parking was okay, but I was not excited about having to park OFF the lot of the hotel and in another lot late at night with my teenager. Breakfast - most of the people staying at this location were in town for a concert. We went down for breakfast right after 9am and there were just a few eggs, sausage left. Several of us asked the kitchen staff to refill it and they refused saying it closed at 930am. Several people came down after we did and didn't get any breakfast even after asking and the staff refused. I feel that the breakfast should have run until 10am for those that are out later. They turned away at least 20 people. That was frustrating to see that happen. My teenager and I got minimal pickings. When telling the lady at the front desk about the lack of cleanliness and the breakfast issue, she literally just looked at me and handed me my requested receipt. Sadly, I will not stay at this location again. I have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express and have never had such a dirty room and unfriendly service. Very disappointing. The only reason we stayed is because the bedsheets were clean and would get us through the night. I rented here based on reviews and I do not feel that the majority of the good ones are legit.

Me and the fiance went to see a concert on a Monday night and figured we’d just stay the night somewhere in downtown Columbus, instead of driving home. The place was very clean and very quiet, breakfast was really good, quick check in too. If you have a big vehicle, just be cautious the parking lot is very small and it’s only one way, it’s a little tricky to find the entrance, there’s also additional parking 200 feet down from the hotel, you will receive a parking pass when you check in. Very pleased for a one night.
