I've stayed here a few times and will gladly continue to do so. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfy and well laid out. The curtains actually shut all light out and there's never been any noise at night. The location isn't bad, easy to drive to with a 10-15 minutes walk to the centre. The car park is priced ok but if you arrive late you may not get a space. Spaces are tight too as they've made efficient use of the space. The service has generally been good and friendly with the only niggle being slightly slow late on an evening but that's understandable as it's not the sort of place for boozy groups.

Very good hotel in a great position for the city centre, great bus service into the centre a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel was very clean and our disabled room was large with everything I needed. I have mobility issues at present and found all the staff were very helpful and pleasant, with a special mention for a lady called Grace, who seemed to be on reception for most of the 3 days we were there. She was very informative about the area and always had a smile for everyone. We didn’t have food in the hotel except breakfast which was adequate for our needs. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely consider visiting again.

Wow wow WOW! where do I start! The best hotel I've ever stayed in, the staff were absolutely exceptional, the nicest hotel team ever! So helpful, Happy & welcoming. The breakfast options were vast & very tasty! This one receptionist I think her name is Grace, she was outstanding, so friendly, welcome & overall an amazing person, Well done! I had a fantastic stay & cannot wait to book again!

I can only comment on the room and location as I met a friend there to go on out. Lovely rooms equipped with all your usual comfort, double bed big TV and plenty of space for clothing unless your here for a whole week then pack smart ! Lovely bathroom with very adequate shower. Nice restaurant area with lots of space. Parking is paid on arrival in reception if you're a guest. Not the cheapest but you are on the edge of the city centre which is just across the road and over the bridge. Lovely place to stay.
