The best word to describe it is "quaint", the hotel theme is in good taste. The staff walking you to your room at check-in is a first for me. I was fortunate enough to have a bathtub in my room, the double ended kind, very much a bonus star. Mini fridge was compliments to the hotel, also nice touch. Bed was firm and room was quiet with blackout inner windows. Overall great sleep. Breakfast was booked in the day before, had the full english on both days, but one can select from a small menu. Grab yourself a grapefruit juice, no better way to start the day.

Here for a three day stay and this place has set the bar for other IHG properties. The service, friendliness, rooms and location were all 5+++ stars..... A true noteworthy stay.... I could go on and on but..... Fantastic stay.... If you're on the fence about where to stay in Bath..... Give IHG Indigo Bath a hard long look. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED 👏👏👏 THANK YOU TO THE STAFF FOR MY REMARKABLE STAY!!! 👏👏👏 Room 410 Guest

Nice location, close to secure paid parking. Friendly staff, pretty common areas. Standard rooms are a decent size, but very warm and noisy (there is aircon). Bed was a normal double with not much room either side and a sloped wall on 1 side. Ceiling was quite low, which was a challenge in the bathroom since the shower had a step up and my partner is 6 ft 3, so his head was touching the rain shower head.

Everything was fantastic as i have rate it already. The room was lovely with massive bed.Location is fantastic,everything is just walking distance.The staff was extremely friendly.Breakfast was yummy too. The only negative i had for the hotel is that they charge 40£ per night to park your car.We stayed for 2 nights.I had to find different parking for only 16£ per night.
