Great location for a weekend trip to bath. Service is great but rooms are a bit hit and miss. Ours had odd decor. Looked like the decoration hadn’t been finished. Not my taste at all. Radiators didn’t work but they gave us a heater and fixed them the following day. Don’t order fried eggs or porage for breakfast.

We stayed at No.15 for our the first half of our Honeymoon - the room was perfect. So nicely done, and a great size for spending a day relaxing. We both also had massages down at the spa which were phenomenally good. Breakfasts were great! The espresso martinis in the bar were some of the best we've ever had too! Also loved the fact that we were within walking distance of restaurants and shops in town. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful guest house and spa. We took our little kids to stay and they set up the room with toys, books and a little teepee tent to play in! The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The room was so quiet and comfortable. Was very easy to find the parking but make sure to book it in advance! They've so responsive to questions via email - you don't need to worry about a thing!

I wish I had better things to write about the hotel, but unfortunately not. We were given a dark room with tiny windows overlooking parked cars and charged like a regular rooms like those you see on their site. Management was not interested in trying to make the experience better overall. Spa treatment was lovely but facilities weren’t clean (blood stained toilets, and various marks). “Pantry” should definitely focus on keeping clean as we saw mice droppings. Sadly, would not recommend.
