I booked a room through the booking app, the room was supposed to have a king bed and a fold-out sofa. my reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that this room was occupied and they could only offer me a room with one bed. I, with two 2-year-old children with a stroller and luggage, could not look for other options, I had to agree. They charged me the same amount as for two beds, that is, more than the price of the room. the room stank terribly, with stinky socks or stagnant water, the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom was wet, apparently it was sewage that’s why it stank so much. As a result, instead of resting, we didn’t get enough sleep and were tired. four of us slept in one bed (((on arrival home I wanted to write a review, but booking canceled my reservation, apparently so that I wouldn’t write a bad review. The only thing we liked was the breakfast and the location of the hotel. In general, I don’t recommend this place , for this money you could have rented a better room!

Our stay here was pleasant with the location being so near to the cannery row and our room came with a side view of the ocean. They provided continental breakfast with pancakes, cereals, fruits, yogurt, muffins, cinnamon rolls, omlette and some meat. The parking was in a garage so that’s a plus. The rooms and bathrooms were pretty clean for double bed rooms. There are elevators to go to your rooms but you still catch stairs on the way so if you need accessible assistance, talk to them. The staff were friendly and efficient. Overall good stay for us.

We enjoyed the stayed in this hotel. I like the location that I can walked to Pacific Grove and the downtown in 15 minutes. The room is nice, but not much on the view outside of the window. The food is ok, there is some hot foods such as oatmeal, sausage, eggs, and bacon.

Good location, close to many sights. Breakfast is regular hotel continental. Rooms facing Foam street incredibly loud. Even on the third floor could hear every car that passed including loud trucks. At 4 AM the garbage truck came and removed the hotel garbage making lots of noise. Did not get a good night’s sleep a single night there. The 3rd floor has access by elevator but to get the room you still have to go up and down stairs which is very difficult with large luggage. There is free parking in an underground garage Overall I think it’s overpriced.

Who ever designed this place have never traveled with stroller. To go a 200 level room, you first take a evelator, then take a flight of strairs down and then back up again, imagine doing it with 18 months old baby, stroller and luggage. What the hell, i want my money back. And not to mention, there are no blackout curtains in the room so the whole night you can enjoy street lights and cars headlights and hope that baby doesn't gets up. Best thing about this place was checking out.
