Solid hotel for a big city; reasonably centrally located and competitively priced. Rooms are definitely dated but still plenty comfortable; ours had a decent view over the river and was well equipped and clean (though for the love of Og give us some hooks to hang a coat and scarf!). Front desk staff always very friendly and it was good to be able to park right by the hotel. Walking distance to a lot of great places; I'd come back here again.

The environment was very welcoming! The staff was very pleasant to talk to, helpful, and they all went above and beyond to made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible! Free Hot fresh breakfast in the morning, fresh towels and bed sheets, the rooms were very clean. The views of the city was nice. I definitely recommend booking your stay!

We had a great stay! Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Inez was a huge help with making sure I got the connected room I requested and crib!! Denver helped us with the breakfast food, showing us packages to see what food was Kosher! All the staff was very friendly and helpful!

This hotel has numerous issues. My stay, 12-15 Jan 2024, was meet with the following. 1st room assigned the bathroom sink was clogged and took about 10 minutes to drain. (See pictures) Staff immediately came and snaked the gunk/hair out. On day two of stay, (Happened at 11pm) the toilet refill assembly broke and water was gushing out. There is no turn off, like in your house. Staff had to come up to the room and physical turn of with a device. Staff did quickly assign me a new room, upgraded to remedy this. (Staff is great). Windows are cheap in both rooms. You can hear every noise from outside. And mind you, the SEPAT train running from Philadelphia to New Jersey, runs about every 20 minutes. You can hear it. Also, locals drag race cars up and down in front of hotel. The drag racing didn't stop until 2am one night. The hotel floods in front of the entrance. It does not affect the actual parking. This hotel needs the rooms modernized. Numerous chipped, water stained and peeling wood pieces. (See pictures) Only things good about this stay and hotel was the great staff and parking.

We stayed in "city view" rooms which are directly overlooking about twelve lanes of high speed traffic. It was apparent from the quadruple paned glass that the hotel has attempted to block out the traffic noise, but unfortunately the sound was still quite disruptive late into the night. The main takeaway here is that the $10 upgrade to the river view room would be a wise choice. The food options at breakfast were reasonable however the quality of some of the ingredients (eggs, OJ) were not great. Still better than I have seen at some other budget hotels. The room was fairly dated, but was a good size and very clean. The bed and pillows were reasonable, nothing amazing but certainly not uncomfortable. Aside from this, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There is always a security guard in the lobby and he welcomed us warmly every time we arrived. They were apologetic for the noisy room and offered an upgrade if we return again
