Don't know what all the fuss is about in these reviews. It's a nice clean room and is even a bit better than your typical days inn. And the location is great. If you are expecting luxury then maybe this isn't the best option but what do you expect from a days inn? This is as good as other budget motels/hotels with a 4.0 rating on Google-3.3 is too low.

Booked a November trip in early July, and the location cancelled on us a month later. Can't share any details about the actual venue, as my reservation was cancelled due to water damage... 4 months before my actual planned trip, sounds like some serious water damage and I hope they are okay. Unfortunately for us, we had to incur significant rate increases at a different location, booking one month later after a convention was announced, and the Days Inn parent company offered us no recourse or rate matching at partner hotels or elsewhere. Was a frustrating experience.

Just a very basic hotel. They didn't even have regular coffee in the room. And breakfast was a joke. But if you are the type that says " something is better than nothing" then yeah corn cupcakes and fruit loops for breakfast is all they have. No parking since it's downtown. Rooms were however clean. But there was not enough lights in the room and it was pretty dark with no windows.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL first off it’s right next to a homeless shelter and it was extremely uncomfortable for my sisters and my mom , we literally left the first night. Hotel room felt like a prison with no exterior windows, but had a window for the inside hallway like how is that safe ?? and such a weird design who puts a sink OUTSIDE the bathroom?? also the front desk lady was nice but the fact she was on FaceTime with some guy just felt so unprofessional and honestly just plain rude. horrible hotel please get literally any other hotel

great location but shady hotel, i had a room booked via the wyndham rewards app so the room was taken care of in advance and some how they charged me $127.15 on top of the $100 deposit. I read they have done this before to another customer and it is definitely true. they are little scam artist, when calling corporate i was passed off to the billing department and dropped in a mailbox…don’t trust this location.
