Overall not a bad place, but their cleaning definitely leaves something to be desired. Requested cleanup of the other folks who stayed there before us as they were...frisky, and let's just say a proper clean up was not done. Despite multiple requests and assurances that it would be, it was not. Otherwise the room was perfectly serviceable and the location is hard to beat if you are downtown.

Worst experience ever!! Any hotel in the city of Philadelphia is better than this. I was immediately harassed and intimidated by “security” upon check in. I then proceeded to ride two broken elevators (yes I used my key card) that both got stuck in between floors. After 30 minutes trying to get to my room and being threatened to be kicked out for asking why the overweight and under qualified security was following me, I finally made it to my glorified excuse for a motel room. As a Hilton member for years many other hotel brands have much more to offer and I’m sure they treat their guests with better respect. I will be cancelling my Hilton honors and joining Marriott or another nationwide hotel brand program. There is no excuse for disrespect and intimidation.

I just wanted to express my disappointment in the service we received the other night (12/31). I understand it was a very busy night and the hotel was short staffed, but the lack of organization and system that took place was unacceptable. My friends and I arrived for check in at 3:30pm, we were told there were no rooms available yet and it would be 15 minutes. After waiting in a crowded lobby for 45 minutes, we started checking back with the desk frequently where we were now told the estimated time was unknown and we were laughed at. 2 hours later, we had no choice but to get food at the restaurant since we had all of our bags with us. We finished eating at 6:30 and still no room. We now needed a place to get ready since it was New Years Eve and the only place we had available to us was the 10th floor bathroom with all of our belongings. We were desperate and embarrassed. After continuously being told we would be called when our room was ready (more lies) we were finally given our keys at 8:30 pm after WE went down yet again to the lobby. The lack of any effort to compensate for the substantial delay in our check-in process further shows this companies complete disregard for guests time. When we sought resolution by requesting to speak with a manager the following morning, we were handed a customer service number instead of having our concerns addressed directly. Yes I’ve tried to call, and no the manager is never there and no they have not called me back like they said they would, how convenient.

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Philly and has a parking garage attached! Khufu at the front desk is literally the BEST and made our trip even more enjoyable. It was clean, quiet, and safe...and did I mention it is literally located in the perfect spot! Will 100% stay here anytime we go to Philly now. Also Khufu needs a raise....he was funny, helpful and Incredibly kind!!! 10 out of 10

The location is pretty good it's downtown and easy to walk to different things. Although, finding the parking garage wasn't the easiest. We also weren't sure how to get from the parking garage to the lobby so we walked around. They are connected but it wasn't the easiest to figure out. Parking is way too expensive at $40/day. The rooms were decent. We had enough space, it was clean, and basic ammenities are included. There was no breakfast included, which is typically the case for Hiltons. The service was good.
