Great experience! Staff's genuine warmth, politeness and professionalism, very clean room and a delightful breakfast made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Rooms are horrible. They give you a couch bed. The shower does not work properly and there are holes in the walls. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything your neighbors I doing and saying. Customer service are horrible. When I requested another room, they completely annoyed me.

My experience was generally good. I liked the location of the hotel (close to many facilities and places) and it was not in a shady area. The breakfast was not bad. The room we booked was small but luxurious. However. There was a bell boy who was repeatedly arrogant and rude. Of course we filed a complaint about him. Furthermore, the entrance of the hotel is not baby-friendly at all.
