Parking fees are new and do not come up at the time of booking. They expect you to go looking for it in Q&A. None of ice machines worked the whole 6 days I was there. Had to go to the bar for ice every day. People outside by shared pool with Staybridge smoking marijuana. Hard to communicate with housekeeping because no one seem to speak or understood English. The location was clean but could be better with service.

Room was big. Bed comfortable. The only gripe was airplanes fly in and out every 10-20 minutes and can keep you up. Breakfast available for purchase $16.99. Staff was always friendly.

1 star I`ll tell you why: We (20+ people) had a 6 days reservation made by our company for a conference close to this hotel. Upon arrival the hotel staff charged deposits. Now the deposits fee were different for each persons. Some of us got charged only 30$ but other up to 200$. This should not be a problem if they release after we checked out. It took more than a month (30+ days) to get back my deposits. And I know some of our group member still waiting for their money. The room did not have body wash. I made several requests for refill but they did not have. The room also had a bug which happened to come out during night time.

I want to leave a good review so bad because the staff were so nice. However someone also overcharged my debit card and locked up a substantial amount of funds that I won't be able to use for the rest of my trip. This is why I hate credit cards. It's 2023, how can transactions and amendments not take place instantly? Because of the carelessness of one staff member, my plans have been substantially impacted. No redress was offered. And no resolution in sight. The credit card company is giving me the runaround. The hotel is giving me the runaround. That's fine but through the ripple effect it's impacting more than just myself. When you over charge someone *you*, the merchant should bear the loss, *not* your customer. If you did that, not only would your reviews and reputation improve, but your staff would be more careful because they would understand the gravity of holding other people's money hostage. I would have a lot nicer things to say about this venue otherwise, but this I consider borderline theft. For the moment, I have no clue if that money will come back and between the hotel and the card company/bank, zero options for redress. Classy.
